calendar.
You run the jobs.
Interior season is here. We run your homeowner ads. An AI receptionist answers your phone day, night and weekend, and AI assistants follow up your leads and your quotes. You walk the houses.
15 minutes with the founder. No pitch deck. If it isn't a fit, you'll hear that straight.
Call Sarah is our demo receptionist. Call her as a homeowner would.
- You approve every ad before it runs
- None of them sets your price — you do
- You pay per booked estimate, not per click

The problem
Who's answering your phone while you're up a ladder?
A homeowner calls a few painters. Whoever picks up — or gets back to her first — is usually the one who walks the house.
Mid-coat, phone ringing.
You can't get down in time. By the time you call back, she's called the next painter.
After six, and on weekends.
That's when homeowners think about their house. You're finally home.
The quote that goes quiet.
You sent the number. She got busy. Nobody followed up.
One missed call can be a whole-house repaint.
You didn't lose it on the estimate. You lost it before you knew it existed.
Missed calls are where the job goes. Let's look at yours.
Your office crew
Meet the office you don't have to hire.
Six AI assistants, one job each, doing the office work until you walk the house. Software, not staff.

Don't take our word for it. Call Sarah.
We're new and based in India, so don't take our word for it. Pretend you're a homeowner who wants the inside of the house repainted, and ask what a homeowner would ask. She tells you up front that she's automated.

Sarah answers for Basalt & Bristle, a sample painting company we built for this demo. Call as its customer, not ours.
Heard her? Book a Call and we'll walk through how it would work for your company.
And this is the website she works from.
Basalt & Bristle is a painting company we invented, so you can see it end to end: the website, Kevin's instant ballpark and the booking calendar. It isn't a customer.

How it works
Here's what happens to the next homeowner who finds you.
-
She sees your ad.
Andrew runs it. You approved it first.
-
She wants a ballpark before she calls.
Kevin shows a range from your grid.
-
She calls, or fills in your form.
Sarah answers. Emily gets back to the form.
-
She's booked on your calendar.
A real time for an on-site estimate, confirmed.
-
You walk the house and set the price.
Yours alone. Nobody else names a number.
-
If the quote goes quiet, Thomas follows up.
A check-in, a nudge, a polite close-out.
You stay in control
You run the painting company. The crew doesn't.
-
You set the price and approve the ads.
Kevin reads only the grid you sign. The real number comes after you walk the house. Nothing runs until you say so, and your ad budget is itemized.
-
Your area. Your calendar.
We book only inside your service ZIPs, into the times you give us. One painter per area, in writing.
-
Your phone number.
You keep it and forward it to Sarah, and you can switch it back any time. Every call and message is logged, so you can read what was said.
Who's behind it: Week One AI is a small team in New Delhi, India. The founder runs it and takes your call — not a call center — and the agreement names our company.
How you pay
You pay per booked estimate. Not per click.
There's a one-time setup fee and an ad budget up front. After that, you pay only for a homeowner with a confirmed time on your calendar.
Not
- Clicks
- Shared leads, resold to other painters
- Forms nobody answers
Instead
- A homeowner
- A time on your calendar
- Confirmed
-
One setup fee.
Your website is included, and you sign off the price grid and every ad.
-
You fund the ad budget before ads go live.
It's separate from our fees and itemized.
-
Day 30: you pay for what we delivered.
Only estimates already on your calendar, with the list attached.
-
From month three: a monthly upkeep fee.
It's in the agreement on day one.
What counts as a booked estimate
- A homeowner who says she owns and lives in the home
- Inside your service ZIPs
- Wants an interior or exterior repaint
- A set time on your calendar, confirmed by her
- Delivered to you with name, address and phone
It counts once it's booked and confirmed, not on whether you win the job. If you cancel or move it, it still counts. If she doesn't show and you tell us within 24 hours, it isn't billed.
Months one and two are committed, then cancel any time.
Want the exact numbers? They're on the call, in writing, before you sign anything.
Who it's for
Is this for you?
This is for you if:
- You run a residential painting company in or around Columbus.
- You have two or three crews in the field.
- You still walk the houses and write the estimates.
- You paint interiors and exteriors. Exterior-heavy is fine — winter ads bring interior work.
- Calls and follow-ups slip while you're on a job.
It's not for you if:
- Someone in your office already answers the phone and sells for you.
- You're a franchise without control of your own ads.
- You're shopping for cheap shared leads.
15 minutes with the founder
What happens when you book.
- How calls and leads reach you today.
- Your area and the jobs you want — whole-house or a few rooms.
- How many estimates your crews can take on.
- You call Sarah while we're on the line.
- How you pay, step by step — then in writing.
- A straight answer if it isn't a fit.
No pitch deck. Just the mechanics.
Four quick questions, then pick a time.
Straight answers
Questions painters ask us.
What does it cost, and can I cancel?
A setup fee, an itemized ad budget, and a charge per booked estimate, paid at day 30. Months one and two are committed, then cancel any time. Exact numbers come on the call, in writing.
What counts as a booked estimate?
See the box above. In short: a homeowner who says she owns and lives in the home, in your service ZIPs, wants a repaint, and has confirmed a time on your calendar. Winning the job isn't part of it.
Will homeowners know it's AI?
Yes. Sarah says she's automated in her first sentence, and the crew says so before asking anything. Nobody likes finding out afterward.
What if Sarah doesn't know the answer?
She says so. She answers only from what you've told her, and passes anything else to you.
I already have someone answering the phone.
If someone in your office already answers and sells for you, we're probably not a fit: that's Sarah's job. If it's you, a spouse or a part-timer who misses calls after hours, ask us on the call whether after-hours cover makes sense.
Do I have to change my phone number?
No. You keep it and forward it to Sarah: all the time, after hours, or only when you don't pick up. Switch it back any time.
Who gets the leads?
You do: every booked homeowner, with name, address, phone and appointment time. One painter per service area.
Where is Week One AI based?
India, in New Delhi. It's in our footer, and the agreement names our company. The founder runs it and takes your call: no salesperson, no call center. Test the phone side first: call Sarah.
