Service Delivery Policy
Last updated: July 15, 2026
This policy explains how Week One AI delivers its services, how delivery timelines are set, what counts as delivered, and how revisions and support work. Our services are professional, digital services for businesses — there are no physical products and nothing is shipped.
How We Deliver
Week One AI delivers all services digitally. Depending on your engagement, delivery happens through one or more of the following:
- Email — for documents, reports, credentials, and other files.
- The client portal — our private intake and delivery space, accessed through unlisted links provided to signed clients.
- Directly into your own systems and accounts — for example, configuring an AI front desk or voice agent, building automations, or deploying a website or integration into the platforms and accounts you own or authorize.
Because everything is delivered digitally, there is no physical shipping, and no shipping fees or delivery addresses apply.
Delivery Timelines
Timelines are specific to each engagement. The delivery schedule — including start date, milestones, and target completion — is set in your proposal or work order and confirmed in writing before work begins.
Timelines assume you provide the information, materials, access, and approvals we need when we need them. If those are delayed, delivery dates may shift accordingly. Where a timeline changes, we confirm the revised schedule with you in writing.
What Counts as Delivered
A deliverable is considered delivered when:
- It has been made available to you — sent by email, published to the client portal, or deployed into your designated system or account — and
- It meets the acceptance criteria set out in the applicable work order.
Where a work order defines an acceptance or review period, the deliverable is treated as accepted when you confirm acceptance or when the review period passes without you raising a documented issue that falls within the agreed scope.
Revisions and Support
Revisions, iterations, and ongoing support are provided according to the terms of your engagement agreement. Each proposal or work order sets out what revisions are included, how many, and what falls outside the original scope. Work beyond the agreed scope may be handled as a new or expanded engagement, agreed in writing.

Relationship to Your Engagement Agreement
This policy describes our general delivery approach. The specific delivery, milestone, acceptance, revision, and support terms of your signed engagement agreement, proposal, or work order apply together with this policy, and control where a specific term conflicts.
