How to opt in

There is exactly one way to opt in to text messages from Week One AI on this website: the booking form on our Contact page.

1. Pick a date and time and fill in your name and email.
2. Optionally give a mobile number. A phone number is never required to book a session — if you'd rather not receive texts, leave it blank.
3. If you give a number, a consent checkbox appears. Read it — it states exactly what you are authorizing, that consent is not a condition of purchase, and how to stop.
4. Tick the box, then submit. The box is unticked by default and the form cannot be submitted with a phone number and an unticked box — you must affirmatively opt in, it is never assumed.

No other form or widget on this website collects a phone number for text messaging. Our support chat widget asks only for your name, email and company — it does not ask for a phone number and it does not sign you up for texts. You can also opt in by texting us first.

What that consent authorizes

That consent authorizes these messages and nothing else:

• Replies to a question you asked us through the booking form.
• Appointment confirmations for a working session you booked with us.
• Appointment reminders before that session.
• Follow-ups about the enquiry you contacted us about.

We do not send marketing or promotional text messages. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help. Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe — you will receive one final confirmation message and then we will stop texting you. We also honor an opt-out sent to us in any other reasonable way, including by email to info@weekoneai.com.

We never share text-messaging opt-in data or consent records with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
