Before you book

Straight answers.

We're a new firm and we're not going to dress that up. Here are the questions worth asking before you spend thirty minutes with us — answered plainly, including the one about how young this company is.

A founder-led AI consultancy. We audit how your business actually runs — calls, leads, follow-up, back office — then design and deploy one system at a time: a voice agent, an automation, a tracking setup, whatever pays for itself first. We don't sell software licenses or a generic “AI strategy” deck. We build one specific, working system inside your business and hand you the runbook to run it.

Because scope is fixed before anything gets built. Day one is a working session and an audit of how work moves through your operation. By day three the system is specified precisely — what it does, what it refuses to do, where a human stays in the loop. By day seven it's live in production, not a sandbox, running against real calls and real leads from the start.

Week One AI launched in 2026. We're not going to hide that — this site has no client logos or case studies because we haven't collected any yet. Here's what that buys you instead: no queue, no account manager, no distance between the person who scoped your project on the call and the person who builds it. That's attention a five-year-old firm can't hand you anymore.

The person you talk to on the working session is the person who designs and builds your system — no handoff to a junior team, no build queue, no account manager relaying messages between you and the work. If something needs a fix after go-live, you're emailing the person who wrote it, not a support ticket that routes to someone new.

We don't have client logos to point at, so judge what you can actually verify: the precision of this site, the specificity of the audit you get during the diagnostic, and the plan we hand you before you've paid for a build. Authority here comes from the method — named deliverables, day-counts, a documented list of what we refuse to do — not from praise we haven't earned yet.

Every engagement starts with a paid diagnostic, not a free proposal guessed at before we understand your operation — you keep the resulting opportunity map either way, whether or not we build together. If you move forward, builds are fixed-scope: named deliverables, a go-live date, priced on the system rather than the hours. There's no public rate card; each engagement is scoped and quoted on what your operation actually needs.

Revenue outcomes. Anyone quoting you a guaranteed return before they've touched your business is guessing with your money, and we won't do that. What we do commit to: a fixed scope, a named deliverable, a go-live date, and the discipline to hit it. The system is ours to deliver; what your market does with it isn't something any consultant actually controls.

The first system typically goes live around day seven, but the work doesn't stop there. We track a performance ledger — what the system handled, what it escalated, what changed — and tune weekly against real usage. That ledger is how you decide the next system worth building. You own the infrastructure either way; nothing here requires a retainer just to keep it running.

Very little, by design. This site has no accounts, no tracking pixels of ours, and no forms that store data on our servers. If you request a working session, we use the details you send — your name, email, and anything you add — only to confirm a time and discuss your inquiry. We don't sell your personal information, and we don't share it beyond the providers we need to operate (email, hosting). You can ask us to delete anything we hold by emailing us directly — see our Privacy page for the full policy.

No pitch deck. We ask how work actually moves through your business — calls, leads, follow-up, admin — and start mapping where AI would pay for itself fastest in your specific operation. You leave with a concrete read either way, whether or not we ever build together. If we're not the right fit, we'll say so on that same call, not after a proposal lands in your inbox.

Week one starts with one call

Ask the rest in person.

A 30-minute working session — you leave with a concrete read either way.
